Why do you do this to yourself? Doing the things you know will only hurt in the end. Hurt yourself more than anyone else... You need to stop being so dumb.
You are worth so much more than the way you treat yourself...I say "you treat yourself", because you are the one allowing them to get to you.
That old saying "Hurt me once, shame on you. Hurt me twice, shame on me." holds true...especially after the 3rd time. You've no one to blame but yourself and you need to straighten up!
Be good to yourself...someone has to.
